| Kent Twitchell moved to Lake County, California after the earthquake of
1994 forced him to leave his Los Angeles studio. Six years of dramatic
hills, trees and skys has finally made it difficult for him to resist
the landscape genre. His early efforts are extreme verticles, as though
painted on tall buildings, although the actual paintings are very small.
